The conference reserves the right to preclude authors who do not present their paper at the conference from having their papers published in IEEE Xplore.
4. Reviewing Procedure
All submissions will undergo a rigorous double-blind review process, ensuring that both the reviewer's and author's identities remain concealed. This confidentiality prevents any party from knowing the name or other identifying information of the other, thereby striving to maintain an unbiased and fair evaluation of the research.
Submitted manuscripts will conduct an initial screening by plagiarism checker.
Submitted manuscripts are reviewed by an SGSE Scientific Technical Committee that covers the topic of the manuscript.
Submissions are rated by the committee members based on (i) originality (ii) design novelty (iii) advancement within the field and (iv) technical quality. Authors should provide clear evidence of what is novel in their work and/or the extent to which it advances the state-of-the-art. Many submissions will be stronger in novelty or advancement, so both are equally weighted by the committee. A high level of technical quality and clarity is a requirement for all submissions.
